No Return Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, all Hair Oils and Natural Hair Care Powder products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
This policy helps us maintain the highest quality standards and ensures that every customer receives products in perfect condition.
Replacement Eligibility
We will gladly provide a free replacement only in the following situations:
Wrong product delivered
Incorrect item received
Product damaged during shipping or delivery
How to Request a Replacement
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the process below:
Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Share your Order ID, Name, clear product photos, packaging photos if damaged,
and a brief description of the issue.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If the claim is approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed if the replacement product is unavailable or if we are unable to resolve the issue through a replacement.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cases Not Covered
We are unable to accept returns or replacements in the following situations:
- Product has been opened or used.
- Customer changes their mind after delivery.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Damage caused due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Replacement request made after 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
